Ordering

If ordering a product shown on this site, place your order using our shopping cart. If calling or mailing your order please includes your phone number or information where you can be reached.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments are handled through our secure server. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, please call us at 800-801-5660 to place you order. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Shipping

Orders are shipped on the next business day unless merchandise is not in stock. Back orders will be notified by e-mail.

Website orders are shipped by Priority mail.

Phone orders will be shipped the best way unless preference is shipping is specified.
Options in the United States are:
First Class Mail (up to 12oz,)
Priority Mail
Media Mail (for books and patterns only.)

International orders availabile by phone.
Options outside the United States are:

Surface Mail
Air Mail
Global Priority Mail
Global Express Mail

Prices and Sales Tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your Order. Wyoming residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 4 percent on all products. Non Wyoming residents will not be charged sales tax unless their states requires otherwise.

Colors

Every effort is made to present yarn colors accurately. Because yarn is dyed in lots and because computer monitors render color differently, variations may occur.

We want you to enjoy your yarn. If you are not satisfied, please return the yarn to us, as described in the Return Policy below.

Return Policy

If you need to return items for any reason, please contact us at makettle@wavecom.net for a return authorization code.

Credit for the cost of YARN will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Patterns, books, needles, and sale items may not be returned.
